As the author of the most recent useless article, I'd like to respond.
DeveloperWorks can only publish what is submitted to them, and then only if it meets their standards for length and quality. I spoke to the editor this morning, and he says he would be delighted to publish articles about Notes/Domino if anyone would submit some. They pay pretty well. This is your chance to redress the deficiency by submitting an article!
A recent dearth of Domino articles may indicate that the Domino development staff have been too busy with 7.0 development to write articles. But articles from outside are welcome.
By the way, I want to encourage you not to be too Domino-provincial. You might consider reading these articles about products you don't use, to see whether you have any use for them.
